When you hit level 25 in Metin2, you can go to kill monkeys to get a horse medal which is the precondition of getting a horse. And you can also buy it from other players. Then you can give it to Stable Boy to get a horse.
After that, you will have to kill 30 Savage Archers in 30 minutes to get a horse, then you talk to Stable Boy, wait one day and then you can give him 100k to get a Horse Sword which is used your right-click to summon your horse.
